行政樓的雙人間可以看夕陽，加了床還有很大的空間，就是裝咖啡的櫃子被擋住打不開了。房間裏很乾凈，但不支持國外的圓孔插頭是硬傷，不是所有電器都能用usb插頭轉換的。98一位的早餐，很多主食都冷了硬了，大家普遍覺得好吃的不多。棋牌室在南樓但工作人員都説在主樓，問了好一圈才找到，如果有地圖標註出來會好很多。入住還要交按金，查完房才退，這樣的酒店已經不多見了

房間很大很新，酒店環境優美，地理位置很好，離地鐵站非常近，去哪都很方便。 早餐品種豐富，口味可以再提高一些。 房間的空調噪音有點大，希望能有改善。 下一次來寧波還會考慮入住。

是一间十分有体面, 環境及員工服務也令我有很大驚喜的一間酒店！ 我這次是商務之旅, 刚巧碰上周末, 趁机在此休息了兩天！ 整体感覺很好, 園林美景, 令住客很放松！ 管家小方又特別貼心, 我有什么问題也即時回覆, 給出極有效率的帮助！ 我經常出差, 这是我多年來住过少數性價比極高的酒店！ 以后有机会一定会再來！

新落成的迎賓樓很高大上，房間很寬敞，中式裝修大氣精緻，衞生間乾濕分離佈局完美，整體舒適，管家小方入住前就聯繫了我，又幫忙升級了園景房，還有歡迎水果，服務貼心

作為寧波的老牌賓館，新芝賓館的硬件真的沒的説，賓館本身就是個小花園，適合週末來放鬆一下。早餐也很好吃，唯一的美中不足是早餐餐廳一位穿灰色衣服戴眼鏡的服務員，收拾空盤不積極，舉手示意她來收一下，也垮着個臉態度很差，我想這應該不是新芝賓館的水平，因為同樣是早餐餐廳工作人員周憶雨小姑娘就非常温柔周到，所以我不願意為了她個人行為降低對新芝賓館的總體評分，這是對其他工作人員的不公平。
入住期間，我們遇到的保潔阿姨，前台小姐姐，開電瓶車的小哥，還有園丁大叔，保安大叔，都非常友好。
尤其是管家小付，提前問候，有求必應，展現了一流的服務水準。
如果再來寧波，我一定會再選擇新芝賓館，因為各項綜合水平確實是高。
