The service is very good. We upgraded the side lake view room for free when we checked in. We noted that the floor is high and the view is good! The breakfast is also very good, with local seafood specialties from Ningbo! It is also very quiet to fall asleep at night. I go to Dongqian Lake almost often. The disadvantage compared with other similar hotels is that the toiletries need to be improved. They look a bit cheap and are still in large bottles; there is no welcome fruit on the first day of check-in; there is no free drink on the first day in the refrigerator!

This hotel is pretty good! There are all kinds of things that kids like, such as go-karts, playgrounds, rock climbing, some outdoor activities for kids, and outdoor and indoor swimming pools!
