酒店在裝修，早餐是送過來的套餐，而且估計外面做的（估計最多二十塊的價值），送過來的都是冷的，超難吃，原來預計住兩天的，住了一天直接撤了

到了前台辦理好入住被告知房間距離前台有1公里需要乘坐酒店的車前往，這樣真的很不方便，我們到酒店快晚上7點了還需要出去吃飯，每次出酒店進酒店都要等車。最奇葩的是我訂的家庭親子房2個房間2個大床的，竟然衹有2人份的拖鞋和一次性用品，打電話給前台被告知不管什麼房型多少人住的一律是放2人的，我也不説管理怎麼樣了，你不按照人數放還不如不要放，後來讓前台送雙拖鞋和一次性用品來，送到第二天退房都沒給我們送來，我全程穿着自己的鞋子，連洗完澡都沒拖鞋換，真的很無奈，第二天的早飯也是很不如意，衹有套餐形式的量少也就算了，送來的都是冷的，這完全不符合這1500的房價

Normally I would not give a bad review, but this time I give a very bad review. I couldn't find the lobby when I arrived that day, as it was completely covered by the renovated exterior wall. I saw a sign at the door saying "temporarily closed" and asked if it was closed. The waiter said the restaurant was closed, but later I learned from the parking attendant that the hotel had actually changed owners and was currently under renovation. All facilities in the hotel were semi-shutdown, breakfast was delivered, there was basically no internet in the room, and the power supply was maintained by an extension *****. The room smelled musty, and I smelled that smell all night.

跟家人一起假期出遊，定了一幢別墅，房間很大 挺不錯的，是家庭出遊的首選；酒店門口出去過個馬路就是東錢湖湖邊，風景很不錯，就是假期太堵了；管家小唐服務很貼心，有問題也是立馬回覆並解決，等酒店完善好了可以考慮再來

假期和朋友一起出來玩，包了一幢別墅，挺不錯的，有一個大客廳和麻將桌，雖然酒店有點年頭了但房間保養的還不錯；管家小唐很熱情，有問題也會第一時間回覆並解決；等酒店全部整改好後有機會再來

不吹不黑 1:浴室排水堵塞，速速沖涼後浴室水還是溢的到處都是，由於已經很晚了，也不好意思打前台電話，自己收拾 2:早餐雖是套餐制，但是極其敷衍，除了牛肉麪是温的，其餘全是涼的 3:酒店內部一段路在修景觀，時不時的電鑽聲和坑坑窪窪的部分路段 4:工作人員服務還不錯 5:不會再去這家了

My favorite hotel is in Ningbo. You’ll know after how many times I’ve ordered it. The room is a bit old over the years and has been renovated once. The gardens are also being rebuilt. The key is that there are few people, so visiting the hotel gives you a feeling of exclusivity. The swimming pool is open-air, which is great in summer evenings. The food used to be okay, but now the breakfast is mediocre. Every time I see that fat, sullen waiter, I am unhappy. I haven’t fired her yet. She has a bad image of the hotel. She has a black face the whole time. It’s so disgusting. I’ve been here several times. This year, it's been like this.
