酒店在寧波最有名的老外灘邊，晚上江景和夜景一覽無餘，很滿意；特別點贊前台Jordan接待特別細緻周到，下次到寧波，還住這家威斯汀。

前台服務人員與餐廳服務人員都很熱情，服務態度非常好，之前一次入住房間設施有點陳舊，這次入住還有記錄並且跟進，這點很難得，表現出了五星該有的水準，衹是酒店裝修時間確實太久了，部分設施會顯陳舊，希望早日重新裝修吧，地理位置十分便利，
