這個飯店最好的地方就是地理位置十分的好，靠近火車站，離月湖也不遠。往南走不多遠就可以到南塘老街，到天一閣也在步行距離範圍之內。賓館樓下就有吃飯的飯店和小賣部，生活很方便。

樓下就是長春門文化公園，周邊環境很好，徒步去南塘老街也不是很遠。
樓下有便利店、包子鋪、拉麪店、湯圓店，很方便。
