房間面積還不錯，算是比較大的，衞生也很好。床和枕頭睡的感覺很好，軟硬適中。房間的小冰箱雖然品種不多。但都是免費提供給客人的。早餐很豐富，品種很多。前台人員很熱情，見面都會主動打招呼。值得推薦！！

房間非常整潔乾淨，無異味，前台服務態度很好，早餐很豐富，離天一廣場.鼓樓街很近，交通方便，還貼心的送了水果。

房間隔音超級差勁，整晚睡覺都聽到隔壁房間説話的聲音，一直到凌晨兩三點，完全不能睡覺。跟酒店投訴之後原來説可以退回房費，後來又反悔了。極度失望。以後都不會住👎👎

這次來寧波選擇了新開的桔子水晶，
位置方便，靠近天一廣場；
房間的裝修風格很喜歡，精緻簡約，大氣又舒適。酒店工作人員服務熱情周到、早餐種類豐富，新鮮可口。小小不足就是隔音差了點。總體很推薦的。

首先酒店位置優越，酒店的硬件設施非常現代，房間內部裝飾典雅別緻，衞生很好，床也很舒服，早餐特別豐盛，前台人員很熱情，對待客人非常真誠友好，給我寧波之行留下了難忘的回憶！
