房間不是觀湖的特價房，其他還好，老闆娘很熱情，臨走時一早就開車送我們去北門，有問題基本都給解決，餐廳也挺好吃。酒店位置可以説是鏡泊湖內最後的位置。下車來一定選湖景房。

酒店位置好，乾淨清潔，價格親民，令我們感動的是老闆，非常熱情 ！我們在攜程網訂的房間是21號，因故沒有按時到達，按規定不能取消，但老闆為我們着想，主動的給我們串到23號，後來又想盡辦法，按照我們要求，22號入住該酒店。更令我們十分感動的是我們不慎把隨身的包裹丟失在湖區的汽車上，裡頭有重要的物品。老闆十分着急，又千方百計找湖區管理部門的主要領導，幫助查找，第二天早上終於失而復得，真是令我們萬分感動，多年來，我們去過多地許多家酒店，這是我們感受到非常好的酒店，最好的服務，最好的老闆！
