電視不好使，洗手間沒有吹風機，屋裡有味道，洗手間還沒有門，屋子棚頂還有大蜘蛛，窗台還有蟲子，可能是年頭多了，洗手間洗漱台也有上綉了，但是服務員態度還是蠻好的。

久仰鏡泊湖大名，這次東北行特地安排上，利用景區門票兩個自然日可不限次數進入，宏偉賓館的位置優勢太大了，就為看吊水樓瀑布我們就專門步行去了兩次。吊水樓瀑布是整個鏡泊湖景區最最漂亮、最最值得觀賞的景點，沒有之一，不接受任何反駁。店家趙老闆人挺好，看我們帶着個小孩子還特地主動幫我們升級了房間，萬分感謝！停車方便

位置比較難找不在路邊，在瀑布村裡麪，老闆態度冷淡，辦入住全程幾乎沒話，卧具比較舊，看着不舒服，衞生間設施極差，地漏堵，洗澡水一點都不滲，老闆明知房間這樣依然出租實在不應該，服務員拿着垃圾桶掏水，擦乾地面，4分給感謝服務員！

房間乾淨，性價比不錯，老闆態度很好，距離鏡泊湖很近，主要是長者們帶孩子出去，可以和老闆隨時溝通，很放心。
