Logan Camp, a serene, calm, cool place with the comfort at its best for its guests. Provides all basic amenities for the guests with best quality food, accommodation, and other facilities! The care you get here is not comparable with other commercial properties.

We booked a room here a month and a half earlier through a booking site with full payment. I even contacted them for a cab pickup from the railway station citing my name and date of arrival. They kept silent all the while. Imagine getting to know from the cab driver just couple of hours before boarding the train, that my booking got cancelled for no reason. This is the experience they guarantee you for choosing them. I am sure they must have sold the same room for a higher rate. I don't find any other sane reason other than this. Absolutely scum of an enterprise with no ethics. When I called them to give a piece of my mind, the front office guy tried to sell me a room from one of their another property, sounding all apologetic. Owner even had the guts to justify this shady practice by accusing me for booking it via online booking websites, as if it's an illegal thing to do. Avoid this place at any costs if you are planning to visit ooty. It's not worth your money and even the slightest of your consideration. I had to run behind the booking site to get this cancelled and get a refund. So imagine my plight! It could easily happen to you as well. Doesn't matter if you booked in advance or otherwise. To the owner or anyone else who is going to come up with lame canned responses: shame on you. Get a life and do something ethical for a living. And gosh, watch your attitude. No one is staying there for free. Guests are not at your mercy.

I stayed at Camp Logan during the month of July 2024. We had two sets of parents with us, so we booked the villa so that we could all be together. Only upon arrival did we find out that there are individual rooms and not connected to each other. There was also some construction going on next door (new villas are being constructed), so there was some rubble near our villa. The first day we had no water in any of the rooms in the morning. It took a few hours to get it fixed, which inconvenienced us a lot, especially the older people in our group. It also put us back on our day trip schedule. Later that night, a group of young bachelors were up till 4am being loud and celebrating a get together. On the last day, it rained heavily, and we had a lot of water coming into the rooms through the window seals. It was hard to spot on the white floors, and I'm thankful nobody from our group was injured. The only positives were the boys in the kitchen. They were always around to help (especially Karthik) and the breakfasts were good all days we were there. I would not stay at Camp Logan again since it does not offer value for money.

Great place to spend your weekend with family... The cottages are comfortable, neat and roomy... The ambiance is superb and the food is good... The facility is different from the run of the mill stays.... Full of flowering plants... Scenic and picturesque location..... Would love to go there again....

It's a nice place to relax and enjoy the calm nature. Well maintained cottages and good hospitality too. The cottages are built at quite a distance from each other giving every cottage ample space for camp fire etc. The owner was a friendly person liked his gesture of giving us the audio system when we asked for it. Overall a nice place to visit .

The location is awesome. Rooms & food was also good. We had a bad experience at the property. Lost of one our gadgets, and the staff was behind this. Management should think more on the quality of staff they have !!
