WelcomHeritage Ayatana, Ooty

Excellent view. Excellent service (Karthik, Manikandan and Mani). The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From concierge services to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive without being intrusive.The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated.

It was a very nice experience staying at Ayatana. We enjoyed a lot. The food was very nice and services were also very good. The birds chirping gave a pleasant mind and rooms were very comfy. Jacuzzi was very nice and water was very clean. Best place to stay in ooty.

Mr Karthik F& B manager really took the best care and made us feel like home and gave us a very personal touch very impressed with his team and I acknowledge everyone who really took utmost care. Mr Ramachandran the chef made extremely good food very delicious and his desserts were amazing hats off .

First of all d ambience was so good and awesome ❤️ Really really a fantabulous and heavenly stay ❤️All you need is this , amidst ur chaotic work schedule .Service we received from all was very good and a special mention to Riya ,Uma , Tintin ....

We visited this place with high hopes as our previous stay at Ayatana Coorg was amazing and we weren’t disappointed. The place was fantastic. The staff members are really very good especially Uma and Sabari who were there from start to end of our trip. The food was exquisite be it breakfast (buffet) or dinner (buffet). Even the afternoon lunch was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ayatana Ooty. Even the general manager (Karthik) was so good to talk too. We wanted a nice peaceful / relaxing time and we got it. The place is picturesque and the rooms are too cozy with wooden theme. Perfect getaway place.

Amazing stay at the resort. Nice hospitality by the staff. Very nice food. The nature walk was good with amazing views and climate. Ms.Arshita, Mr.Ram, Mr.Rajeev and Mr.Rizwan were very helpful and co-operative. Would like to visit again soon.

Ayatana as a resort will leave you awestruck with its look and feel. The place has been designed so well that the photos you take here will make every penny you spent here worth it. But it’s not the place that will make your stay special rather the amazing people behind Ayatana that keep it running like a cosy abode in the midst of hills. The people of Ayatana will soothe you with their warmth and affection. The hospitality of its staff will make you feel at home. One of them is Rizwan who was my eyes and ears in Ooty. He was at my disposal right from the morning till midnight. Whether be planning a shopping trip to Ooty or choosing a pub in Coonoor, Rizwan was guiding me at every step. He even assisted me in booking a stay in Coonoor, finding a driver to take our car from Ooty to Coonoor as we were taking the toy train and getting my car fixed at the garage as we met with a small accident. This guy was there for us at every juncture of our trip to Ooty. So now you know, when in Ayatana, Ooty just ask for Rizwan and leave everything else to him.

Uma Devi and riya was so supportive and excellent Fecility.. the food was amazing .. guys if you are looking for a breake this is the place … One of the nice property on Ooty. Must visit if you are planning to Ooty. Thank to the entire team for the lovely support🙏🙏🙏
