酒店房間洗漱台設在房間內，下水道反臭味導致房間味道重，酒店隔音效果差，半夜都是酒吧的搖滾，嚴重影響睡眠質量。顧客遇到事情店長服務極差，一點兒責任心都沒有。

房間靠着ktv酒吧裏面蹦迪，蹦到凌晨4點，太吵。而且，店大欺客，強硬把客人的房間提前預支，服務態度很差，前台服務員陰陽怪氣的，不知道誰是顧客！
