This excellent hotel is really a resort. It is off the beaten path, but worth the extra travel time to get there. The staff are very friendly and the food at both restaurants is very good. There is easy access to the beach and it’s quiet. We were there for new years. I highly recommend it!

The staff were exceptional. We were treated very well and with enthusiasm in the restaurant, at the front desk, when getting room service. We also very much enjoyed the well-maintained beach, which isn't always a certainty, so it made a particularly noteworthy location and experience for us both. Thank you NBH!

Been here few times and the place is excellent. The location is perfect. Receptionists are very polite and helpful. Waiters are very good. Only comment I have is cooks (who prepare food outside) hardly understanding our requirements. Poor communication.

We had a wonderful time. The food and the service was way over our expectation. The pool is clean. The nature is a lot present and beautiful. The beach is clean, close to our room and there is places to clean our feet and rinse ourself before going back in our room.

Great facilities amazing and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, hot water 24/7. Laundry service was also excellent. The beach and the overall scenery are magical, you can definately enjoy a swim under the shadow of the trees without risking turning into strawberry. Definately one of the must stay hotels during your visit in Sri Lanka.

We spent three nights here and was a great place to relax for a breach part of a Sri Lanka tour. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fantastic with plenty of choice. We also had several meals at the beach bar which was lovely. The beach is clean and very quiet and the addition of a bodyboard hire at the dive centre was much enjoyed. The kids spent ages playing in the pool and we really enjoyed the dee diving section of the pool. We enjoyed having a massage at the linked spa and taking a tuktuk there organised by the hotel. WE also found that going out for meals was easy by just arranging a tuktuk through the reception. We had a lovely trip to Pigeon Island although it was very busy (possibly due to the new year holidays).
