I had a good time there, they offered picking up tp the port for free. Room are pretty clean but i found many hairs on the floor. The location is amazing, Its super close to the supermarket and mang other stores.

The hotel proprietress came to pick me up at the pier and was very cordial and friendly. The hotel provides drinking equipment for cooking. Food can be bought at the supermarket 30 meters away, which is very convenient. You can also use the washing machine to wash clothes for free.

宿から連絡があり港への送迎をしてくれて助かりました！中心地まで歩くと20分近くかかるのでありがたかったです。
使い勝手のよい小綺麗な一軒家へ案内してもらいました。(二棟くらいあるのかな？)
他にお客さんもいなかったのでゆったり過ごせましたし、商店も近くて、食べに行くのもお土産もでかけるのに便利な立地でした！
キッチンも使えるので長期滞在の時には過ごしやすいのではないかと思います。

Simple living arrangement during Niijima visit. The guesthouse is centrally located, close to bike rental shops cafes, supermarkets and bars / restaurants. The host is very kind and helpful when our ferry out was cancelled due to strong winds. We extended our stay by one night.
The guesthouse itself is very basic - small bedroom with thin futon beds and shared kitchen, washroom and shower. I couldn't get hot water but we mainly used the public Onsen anyway. The laundry facilities came in handy as we packed super light. Bring your own plush towels if you're like me...
Perhaps because it's on an island, the guesthouse was the most expensive (£63) among budget options we stayed in around Izu (£25 per pax in Ito and £50 per pax in Shimoda).

The guesthouse hosts are all very helpful! They drive me from the pier. They prepare simple maps. The room is clean, facilities are good, got kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer etc. Stores are near, got bike rental, restaurants and store. Very convenient.
The hosts are so thoughtful to inform me that my return ship is cancelled, they told me the alternative ship schedule and drive me to the pier, help me with everything.

The guest house is located inside Honson, the main village in Niijima. You have a supermarket, rental bicycle shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes walking. The lady in charge of the house is very gentle and caring. They will pick you up at the Port when you arrive and bring you to the guest house by car. The private room was quite good. You share the bathroom, kitchen and living room.
