This is the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in in Japan in all these years. It was shocking. There were dirt and blood stains on the bedsheets. I went to the front desk to report it and they asked me to change it. As soon as I turned around, I heard two waiters laughing. They really didn't know basic etiquette. Then I changed to another room and found that the bedsheets were dirty. It might be their standard. They were just as dirty. It was a very disgusting stay.
There were two other places where I was cheated. I went to the front desk for help, but the enthusiastic receptionist threw up his hands and said there was no way to solve the problem.
The breakfast was not bad. The hotel is right next to the JR station.
