good stay overall. Located near both to the Niggata station and Bandai bridge, it is a standard Japanese business hotel. It's a bit worn down, especially the room carpets and walls. Also sone amenities like coffee or tea are not available in your room, need to go down to the 2nd floor. Not practical. They also operate a no-clean policy during your stay, they just hand your towels on your door.

Not far from Niigata Station. The building itself is old, but well-maintained. The toilets and bathrooms are very clean. The tea provided as amenity was very delicious. The TV is large and new.

It's my first time to visit Niigata and I saw this hotel with a high CP value. It has a good location and unique design style. It has everything you need. Although the bathroom is not cleaned properly, it does not affect the use. I will book it again next time if I have the chance.
