駅の直ぐ前で、部屋のサイズは最低限ですが、キレイなホテルでした。
周りは飲食店だらけなので、食事には困りません。
コインランドリーも付いているので今回選んでみました。
5階と 1 1階に3台ずつ設置されており、待たずに使えました。
初日に朝食も付けましたが、タイ茶漬けが個人的に美味しかったです。
新潟の名物なども色々ありました。
評価で部屋が下水臭かったと記載されている方がいたので、大丈夫かな？と心配でしたが、全然匂いも無く快適に過ごせました。
またお願いします。

駅近くで大浴場がある所を探していました。
大浴場に行くためのエレベーターが1台つしかないのと、宿泊者用のエレベーターが2台しかないので、
なかなか来なかったところが残念でした。
掛け布団と枕が加齢臭？みたいな香りがして耐えられなかった事以外はコスパ的には良かったです。

駅からも飲み屋街からも至近であり、ロケーションは最高でした。新潟のホテルのなかでは設備等も良い方だと思います。大浴場もありがたいです。

館内もすごく落ち着いた雰囲気ですごく良かったです。お部屋も広くチェックアウト時間も11時までの為のんびり過ごすことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Convenient location to the train station and express bus stop. Two issues I had was the lack of blackout curtains so it's hard to sleep-in and unstable wifi that drops connection occasionally.

ロケーションの良さと部屋の快適さで何度も利用しています。大浴場もあり楽しみにしていたのですが、30代くらいのお客さんに嫌な事をされました。この様な事は初めてです。とても残念でした。
