非常非常非常老舊的飯店，顛覆了我對大倉集團品牌的想像；房間一進去就有非常重的潮濕味，所有的開關都像是3、40年前的賓館旅社；飯店旁邊有一個LOWSON便利商店，因為剛好遇到長岡花火節，所以房價沒有比較優惠；不會再來住第二次

室内、ホテル内は清掃が行き届いており清潔。レセプションの対応も適切でチェクイン、チェックアウト、タクシーの手配もスムーズ。
朝食ブッフェは品数豊富な上、郷土料理もあり充実している。
室内設備は必要なものは一通り揃っている。
スタッフは親切丁寧でサービスはとても良かった。
