The response and service was very good.
I thought that since it wasn't a card key and there was no auto-lock, so I went outside and was locked out, but there was a phone by the elevator and when I explained the situation to the front desk, they came right away without a word and opened the door for me.
The hotel is old, but the rooms were clean and I got the impression that they couldn't spend a lot of money but still wanted to make the rooms as good as possible.
At this price you can't complain!

It was a nice hotel that was easy to use!
They provided a rental humidifier and heater, which I used and the room was warm enough. However, the humidifier was dirty or grimey so I didn't use it.
They also helped me out by storing my luggage both before and after check-in!
