ホテルスタッフの対応が逃げ腰で言い訳ばかり言うのは見苦しいです。
✖︎チェックイン時、僕の予約がないとか先に客を疑うのは良くない。結局ちゃんと予約があった
他のメッツは良いのに地方のメッツは駄目ですね🙅
✖︎東京のメッツは、バスタブとトイレが個室になっているけど、新潟メッツはトイレとバスタブが同じ部屋なので今後は使えない。

フリードリンクのコーナーを利用しようと思いましたが、ティーバッグ等切れていて利用できませんでした。残念。

新潟駅に隣接しており、とても便利です。
一階の、夜は居酒屋になるお店での朝食が、予想外にバラエティに飛んでいて美味しかったです。地元の食材やメニューも沢山ありました。
個人的に嬉しかったのは、移動できる鏡がテーブルの上に置かれており朝の化粧がとてもスムーズで助かりました。最近、治安の悪化のためか置いてあるホテルが少なくなったので感激でした。
