The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and the price is reasonable. The breakfast was surprisingly good (which is probably why it's so popular). The dining area transforms into a library cafe during the day, which is a novelty. Highly recommended.

The room had two comfortable beds, was very clean, and had all the amenities you need. The location was great, just a short walk from Niigata Station. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived around noon and thought we had to leave our luggage and wait for check-in, but the staff informed us that the room was ready and we could go straight to our room. Very impressive!
