Below expectations
Good location, 2nd line from the sea and the beach. Friendly and helpful personnel, quick check-in and very easy check-out (just leave the key on the reception counter). Garage is available at extra fee. Delhaize food store is just next door, very convenient. The 2nd line street is full of shops.
Breakfast is very basic, but served on the 5th floor, with a balcony facing street side.
Sea View Single room on the 1st was way below expectations. No AC in the room, just a table fan. Furniture is a bit outdated and room design far from being cheerful. Only a fraction of sea is visible from the window. Poor sound isolation, it was heard every time when people entered or left the hotel, especially during night time.
Overall experience: unfortunately the hotel didn't meet our expectations and the price we paid.

Not as advertised, the sea view is more a view at a construction and a little bit of sea in the corner of the window…
However, the personell is friendly, the breakfast is good, but the rooms are very small.

Были семьей в Брюге. Случайно нашли этот отель и ресторан в одном из самых оживленных мест этого города.Приятно удивили цены и обстановка в этом отеле.Очень удачный дизайн. Много деталей из старого дерева лежавщего долго в воде.Три этажа, по 1-2 номеру на этаже. Место расположение очень удачно. Сходятся несколько каналов и дорог.Открытая веранда, с супер видом на каналы.Очень вкусное бельгийское пиво. Персонал то же оказался дружелюбным и отзывчивым. После прогулки по городу обнаружили ,что нашу машину эвакуировали. Благо персонал связался с хозяином и он помог решить ситуацию, да еще с экономить кучу денег, до поздной ночи ездил с нами по всем инстанциям. Вернулись поздно за полночь. Отметили возвращение авто и пошли спать)). Не спросили с нас ни цента, хотя половину ночи провели с нами в полиции и на штафной стоянке.Надеюсь они нас помнят.Привет им!! Единственное, рано утром с большим трудом нашли выход и отеля,так как парадный вход был закрыт, а про черный мы не знали. Так ,что будьте внимательнее, рано утром ни кого кроме посетителей отеля ни кого нет.

Kamer en badkamer prima. Lekker ontbijt. Genoeg variatie en vers. Er word rekening gehouden met intoleranties. Wel op tijd vermelden bij reservatie. Het dakterras was zalig om te genieten van de zon en de skyline 's avonds. Er is ook steeds een koffieautomaat ter beschikking. Wij hadden een mini koelkast op de kamer. Wij komen zeker terug.
