We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and as we were travelling for a couple of months we decided to stay here again so that we could have a relaxing time for a few days. The hotel is in lovely grounds so there is plenty of space to move around. We ate in the bistro and enjoyed the food. As before the staff are very thoughtful and attended to our requirements always with a smile. Thank you Aude & Giles

Accueil au top on est bien chez relais et château. Le chef est toujours aussi accueillant. La chambre attribuée top avec le coin pour le chien. Dîner gastronomique pas d’effet Waou, mais à la hauteur de ce que l’on connaît. Par contre service très lent, trop lent et un sommelier qui doit changer de métier : au motif d’avoir pris un accord mets et vins il ne fait pas goûter les vins, ne fait pas rêver et ne propose pas un autre verre quand le verre est vide (le même vin devait servir pour deux plats et il ne le dit pas…). Bref très grosse déception. Malgré toute l’estime que j’ai pour le chef je ne suis pas sur de revenir… alors que c’était mon 4ième séjour dans l’établissement.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans le Pavillon avec mes parents. Le Pavillon est très agréable, raffiné, et offre un havre de paix. Les extérieurs de la Chapelle Saint Martin sont une invitation à la découverte et à la promenade. Tout l'équipe de la Chapelle Saint Martin a été très attentionnée de notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. L'attention portée au bien-être des clients et l'esprit insufflé par Aude et Gilles dans la qualité des prestations et la gastronomie font que nos séjours à Nieul sont parmi les meilleurs de nos expériences Relais & Châteaux.
