L'accueil est un peu froid mais c'est le même qui accueille à l'hôtel et qui sert au bar et il semble débordé. Il nous indique que le parking est derrière l'hôtel, qu'il y a une porte qui donne sur ce parking, nous remet les clés des chambres et nous montre l'ascenseur. Le décors vieille Alsace de la chambre nous plait. L’essentiel y est présent. Nous aurions pourtant apprécié un nécessaire à boissons chaudes. Un grand papier sur le bureau informe des coordonnées Wifi. La connexion est protégée par un mot de passe. Les prises de courant sont suffisantes de même que l’éclairage. Il manque un miroir grossissant dans la salle de douche. C'est ennuyeux parce que le grand miroir est trop éloigné en profondeur pour bien s'y voir. Le repas est très satisfaisant de même que le buffet du petit déjeuner.

This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The area around the hotel is like a Hallmark Christmas town. The Christmas market was in the same town square and the atmosphere was very festive. A magical stay!

Nicht unbedingt eine first class Unterkunft , aber alles ok. Bad etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Bei einem Comfort Zimmer erwarte ich im Bad Gläser und keine Pappbecher und wenigstens Kosmetiktücher.

Wij zijn nu een aantal achter elkaar in dit hotel geweest en doen zelf zaken en weten dat het niet makkelijk is maar er loopt telkens iets fout, vorig jaar en het jaar ervoor tijdens het doorreizen vergat men het avondmaal aan te rekenen en hebben We netjes en correct aangegeven en betaald maar nu heeft men niet enkel via afrekening bij vertrekt afgerekend maar ook een no-show aan Onze broek gelapt en zelfs na het terugrijden in Augustus hebben We nog steeds Ons geld niet terug en zijn zelfs arrogant behandelt ter plekke! We hebben tot een bende toe aan Ons broek gehad die Ons nog eens de creditcard gegevens vroeg om zogezegd terug vergoed te worden! SCHANDALIGE SERVICE!

Widersprüchliche Erfahrung: Super Lage, gutes Frühstück, das Äußere alt und stilvoll. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber. Was zu dem guten Eindruck nicht passte: Direkt vor dem Zimmer ein Balkon in bester Lage, der war dreckig, Möbel darauf kaputt, Reaktion v. Service: der gehört nicht zum Angebot, Seifenspender im Bad leer, Glühbirne in Bettlampe fehlte.
