Güler yüzlü personelleri ilgi ve alakalari ve de otelin temiz olmasından gerçekten memnun kaldık.tek sıkıntı otopark sorunları ısrarla arabamızı otoparka koymalarını rica etmemize rağmen ısrarla dışarı kısma otel önüne aldılar.onun dışında herşey güzel evimizde gibi hissettik.ayrica çalışanlarinizdan Selda hanıma ilgi ve alakası için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

The place is really below standard, depressing and undignified. I was given a third floor room without elevator, and with access to a terrace filled with rubble and old building materials. Strong foul odor in the room due to inadequate pipes. Weak wifi. No hot water in the shower. Dirty bedsheets. Exposed electrical connections. Crumbling furniture and structure. Horrible experience. Stay away.
