I like this place. Amazing place and affordable. I recommend everyone to try this this place. I like to come this place again. Access to KFC and other amenities. The hotel is very good, stayed for two months. Gungahlin life is very convenient, nearby Coles, Aldi, Woolworths, Bunning Warehouse, Kmart, BigW supermarket, shopping is convenient. There is also a light rail and convenient transportation. There is also a lake with ducks, black swans, and beautiful natural scenery. Love Gungahlin here. If you study abroad and immigrate here in Australia, you can take the PTE test. I'm trying to take the PTE test now. Friends who need information can contact me, WeChat tutehub.

Very good ambience and good customer service from the staffs. The hotel room was very up to the mark and really enjoyed the free services including the spas/sauna and swimming.

location not in the City Hall but near the university so easy to find the food and supermarket nearby. parking is only 12 dollars for multiple entries which is very good. room is very clean and modern. just the shower area the shower screen is a bit shorter. should install a glass panel door connected to the shower screen, so then the water won't splash out. wifi is fast and stable the bed is comfortable as well. staff is very friendly Breakfast is not at the standard, even the coffee machine was not functional but overall was a good stay.

The hotel is well located close to the shopping precinct of Belconnen. A walk to Westfield took only 15 minutes, and it is only a short drive to eateries, the University of Canberra and GIO Stadium. We chose this hotel for its location. Our bed was comfy, the shower was hot and bathroom facilities were okay except there is very little benchspace. Service was fairly good, except when our card wouldn't work in the entry door to the wing where our room was located. Luckily reception was open. Some of the carpark was not accessible due to materials being stored there! The electric jug wasn't working properly but they did get us another one straight away. Overall, quite an enjoyable stay. One other thing, which I assume was no fault of the hotel, the fire alarm rang and we had to evacuate in the early hours of the morning, but it wasn't a cold frosty night!!

The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended

The staff was kind. I think the hotel restaurant is not bad, so I am satisfied. The room was clean and tidy.

This motel is very good and you can prepare your own meals inside. We went to the supermarket and bought all the ingredients, and then my son made a delicious meal.

A little distance from the city centre. I am self-driving and it doesn't matter. The facilities are very convenient, as well as bbq equipment. A lot of foreigners have stopped a variety of motorhomes. There are sports venues and children's rides.

Anything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!
