I left a personal note for Patricia “Trish” Harris (Mgr) to call me. I left a voicemail two days later. I’m still waiting. I called again (9 days), her response to this review: “Sorry to hear this”- that’s it. I’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times before. I booked three rooms for three nights. ONE room removed the DND (Do Not Disturb)sign at 8:30am daily. It was never cleaned. SECOND room removed the DND sign at 9:30 daily. We received housekeeping once, but they left the black hair (not ours) on the bathroom floor. The housekeepers did awake my wife at 9am by repeated yelling in the hallway. Later, at the front desk, when the housekeeping supv said they don’t yell, two housekeepers began yelling to each other. The THIRD room kept their DND sign on the door daily. One morning, the housekeeper tried to open the door at 8:30am, while turning the handle with a DND sign on it. In the spring I’ll need 5-7 rooms for four nights. I bet, Holiday Inn Express would like our business. Also, WiFi is terrible. Sometimes it doesn’t connect at all. When it does, it’s less than 1mg, not much better than dial-up from the 80s.
