Nathalie and Gerard were perfect hosts. Their place is incredibly gorgeous. We used their place as our home base— we rented a car and visited several small villages over a few days. N+G gave us great recommendations and their advice was invaluable. The views were second only to the breakfast that was prepared for us each morning. We were the only guests for the week so we had our hosts full attention and we had great conversation. We will remember it always! It is also clear that N+G are very well travelled and have excellent taste. This is important to me when a place is described as “luxury” as sometimes it can be deceiving when in Europe. I would recommend villa Kilauea to the most discerning travelers. Happy to report this place lived up to all the reviews I read and in fact exceeded my expectations in many ways! Merci Nathalie et Gérard!

Lovely property and great breakfast. The scenery and the pool were really great. Natalie and Gerrard were very friendly and thoughtful hosts which made the stay very special. Would recommend this property. .

Nathalie and Gerard were wonderful hosts. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kilauea. Nathalie prepared a varied sweet and savory breakfast every morning. She gave us tips for excursions and reserved different restaurants for us in Nice and the surrounding area in the evening. Villa Kilauea is in a quiet location and you have a fantastic view from there. Our room was beautifully furnished and spacious (with a sofa bed for our son). Everything is very clean and well maintained. The pool house with kitchen is perfect for preparing a small lunch at lunchtime. Thank you for everything, Nathalie and Gerard! We want to come back.

The Chambre d'Hôtes is located above Nice. From the pool terrace, where the very good breakfast is served, you have a great view over a valley and the mountains. A refrigerator for drinks or food can be used. Every morning we received tips for excursions and restaurants.
