Ctrip.com hotel butlers are considerate and thoughtful! I was traveling in Europe and missed the flight, so I was delayed in checking into the hotel I booked! I was very anxious and worried! There was no elevator, and it was very difficult to carry two suitcases up to the 3rd floor. The old lady at the front desk didn't speak English very well, but she was very enthusiastic and introduced the seaside and Monaco to us.

Situated near the city center, this hotel is a bit small and not too accessible for the disabled, but it definitely has good staff with a very kind heart.
The room was a bit hot (A/C didn't really work), but everything else was alright. Not a bad choice for a night or two!
