A very satisfactory hotel, just outside Niceville station, the hotel reception is on the second floor. The room is good overall, the buffet breakfast has more choices, but it is too slow to replenish

Ibis may be a little less hygienic. I also stayed at Ibis on my last night in Paris. The toilets in both Ibis were not cleaned properly.

The room were small but the hotel is at very central location. There are two parking garages next to the hotel. Interpaeking has a discount if you stay at the hotel but the other one doesn't. The other one was more than 60 euros for two nights.

Just next to the train station with 1 min walk, we drove to nice from Marseille, there is parking car provided with the reasonable parking fee. Hotel also provide a discounted parking fee if you stay there. Short walking distance to city centre and surrounding with pharmacy, cafe and supermarket. Friendly staff and helpful with English speaking.

After arriving at Nice train station, walk 2 minutes to the right of the train station to the car rental point, and walk 1 minute to the right of the car rental point to Ibis. The car rental company and the parking lot are in the same building as Ibis, which is very friendly to tourists who rent cars.
