Panel under the kitchen table is loose and makes opening the dishwasher difficult. The badge by the keys could not open the waste cellar. Both parts were obviously known and should be fixed. Minor faults were loose toilet seat, loose rails on the floor.

We stayed here whilst visiting Monaco for the Historique. Apartment was perfect location for the train station and easy access from the tram stops. Apartment was clean and ideal for 4 adults. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was modern.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos. Retrieving the keys on a Saturday is done without difficulty. Besides its location very well placed, 2 steps from the train station and transport, it benefits from all the facilities for a family of 3 children in
