Great location. It's right next to gas station and within walking distance to Queen's Street. The room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms are big and spacious, No complaints there There was a coffee maker and a mini fridge in the room which was a nice asset. Would've loved to have had access to a microwave. The heater is very loud when running. Had to wear earplugs plus I could hear the one from my daughter's room next door when hers was turned on. Those are my only complaints. Food is close by, The location is about 25 to 30 minutes to Queen Street where there are some nice little shops. The staff at the front desk was pleasant upon checking in. Even got some welcome cookies 🍪.

房間夠大，床品還是比較好的，有停車場。周圍環境特別好，早餐是簡單餐點。在負一樓有冷，熱飲用水供應。旁邊就是加油站有車較方便。

小鎮上的酒店很COZY，check in時給了小餅乾，很温暖，周邊環境很安靜清新，離小鎮中心有點遠，但很美麗，走路4分鐘，有個當地的熱鬧小飯店，挺好吃；酒店後面也有個小酒館，沒去嘗試；建議酒店給個沐浴露，不習慣用肥皂洗澡，皮膚很乾

Perfect for two friends visiting Niagara on the Lake. Pleasant staff, nice breakfast, and a great, low-threshold shower. There is a Tim Horton’s across the street, and a restaurant right beside the hotel. No car necessary. We did a lunch wine tour with Cellar Door tours and it was lovely. Their guide, Tim, picked us up in the lobby of the Best Western. The tour and food was wonderful. The hotel is also an easy drive/walk to downtown. We would stay there again.

Super friendly staff. Very clean hotel and rooms. Crisp clean sheets. Windows can open and also AC and heating are good. Only 2 floors so not much issue for climbing if that’s what you need to know. There is a free breakfast included which was great! It was coffee, tea, juices, pastries including English muffins, croissants, bagels, toast and muffins. Also had waffle maker, egg bites and hard boiled eggs. Also has yogurt and cottage cheese and fresh fruits. Really impressive. Would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included was very good. Near by restaurant with delicious food and Tim Horton also.
