Run down place with a sparse breakfast. First breakfast had zero meat ( protein) fruit cup consisted of opening a can of Fruit Cocktail with one blueberry and a thin, tiny slice of watermelon. No one is there to greet you or give restaurant suggestions or tour suggestions. Only thing it had going for you was a 10 minute walk to the falls and free parking. Would not stay there again.

Would never stay there again. Really old and tired. Couldn't sleep because of noise - AC kept going on/off every few min. Breakfast was awful. Too many other things to mention.

Huge room, quiet, well equipped, very comfortable.
Breakfast was top notch.Delicious, good portion sizes, great setup for our day.

The room was spacious and the bathroom good sized. The water stopped working in the middle of my evening shower. The Wifi dropped my calls and didn't always work. The breakfast was the same French toast and muffin and fruit both mornings I ate it. The parking was nice but it's not really walkable to the falls.

We love the period decor knowledgeable host, kind staff, great location, and lovely room. Our room was very comfortable with a fireplace and a separate jetted tub.

Before travelling to Toronto, the owner adviced us to bring a short visit to Niagara on the lake. Very beautiful little city with Victorian houses! Thanks David!

They were super nice and kind. Are stay here was really awesome 👌 i recommend this place 100% its cute and close to everything and the breakfast was amazing 👏 the room is cute and comfortable 😊 definitely would sray again!

Quaint place, old Victorian style charm. A bit noisy as you can hear other guests through the walls.
