This place was a great find, with a perfect location to the Falls! Step out the door, cross the street, and the Falls await you. Breakfast is included, and it was quite yummy. We liked it so much, we decided to have dinner there on our second night, and it did not disappoint. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay on the New York side of Niagara Falls!

The room is big enough, the two double beds are comfortable, there is a coffee machine in the room, but the carpet is not very clean, it is best to wear your own slippers. The hotel is next to the waterfall, across the road is the waterfall park, and there are many restaurants around. In short, first-class location, second-class hotel.

Good value for money, quite satisfactory, suitable for traveling families. A restaurant downstairs is an internet celebrity restaurant, and its special dish is grilled chicken wings. Strawberry cake 🍰 is a dessert worth trying. It is walking distance to the waterfall, and you can see the waterfall through the waterfall park.

This hotel is very strategically located in Niagara Falls, NY. You can walk to everything within the state park. You are also close to the Rainbow Bridge, so you can walk across it into Canada to explore the Canada side of Niagara Falls. You need to remember to bring your passport to enter into Canada. We arrived at 350pm (official check in at 4) and asked if our two rooms were ready. The front desk person went to check and was gone for an easy ten mins, while we were waiting at the reception area with our kids. They came back and told us one room was ready and one was not, it was now 4pm so we should’ve been able to check in. We asked for free breakfast since the room wasn’t ready and the front desk person said since it’s just barely after 4pm (room wasn’t ready though) they won’t do that. My parents checked into their room and I parked the car with the kids. When we came back they found a different room for us. Even without that, for the price, I think you can find a better hotel. It is clean but the bathroom has a barn door on it that doesn’t block sounds especially the loud toilet flushes and also the door doesn’t block light since it has frosted glass on the door. So if you have kids and want them to sleep this isn’t the room for you. If this place was in the mid $100’s per night then it would be fine, but definitely not worth it for mid $200’s.

The staff was friendly. The “spa” was honestly gross and disappointing. The oxygen bar was unattended and there was used nasal tubing laying around. The shower head in our room was broken and sprayed water everywhere except onto the body. The walls are thin you can hear everything in the hallway (definitely pack a fan and sound machine) They use a really strong artificial fragrance on the carpets- I had to use my asthma rescue inhaler several times. It was nice being close to the ****** and falls- but I don’t think we will stay here again due to the smells, sounds and disrepairs.

The location of the hotel is good, there is a bus at the door, and it only takes 10 minutes to walk to see the waterfall.
The room was clean and tidy, but the bath products were out, the lights were dim, and some lights were broken. There aren't many choices for breakfast, but it's not overwhelming.

Very nice hotel in Niagara Falls. Exceptional service by Bill (bartender), Sarah at check-in desk, and Tina, our server at dinner. The room was spacious, bed & linens very nice and comfortable. We loved having a couch and ottoman for extra space. Plenty of parking also, but cost $15 a day which seemed an unreasonable extra charge considering our two night stay was $525. Unlike the Hampton Inn next door, breakfast is not included, thus also extra cost and time required. Hotel is not by a highway, so no traffic noise which was nice. Tip: you have to request housekeeping service as it is not automatically done.

We arrived on 19th September after 3 days in times Square. Long journey by amtrak train (8 hours) but very comfortable and didn't seem that long. The seneca is a massive hotel with very little in it. The ****** is very expensive even if you are like us just wanted a little flutter. None of the restaurants were open, bar one, which meant long queues. Our room was huge and was very nice with electric curtains and a hot tub in the room. My daughter and her husband had the same room but on the floor above, but nothing worked in their room sadly. It is well located, but if you are expecting a view of the falls you want get it. We booked a tour using our city passes and met Dan who took us all over and to a bakery...which is a must. It was called niagra falls illuminations. Would I choose it again, for location yes. No for restaurants. No for staff they were not very accommodating. I personally would stay on the train to the Canadian side, that was amazing.

The location of the hotel is very good, we parked the car in the hotel parking lot, free of charge. Just walk to the Great Falls. Definitely suitable for taking children, the surrounding environment is very good👍

If you do not get the 6th floor, you will either get the view of the town or the back side of the quality inn bldg. You can use the elevator to the 18th fl and walk 1 fl up to have a birdeye view of the falls. Breakfast has to be preordered.

AAshley DWe were upgraded from a double queen to a double king room which was huge with amazing beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated that the front desk staff was actually checking that food was stocked when we came in for the last 30 minutes of breakfast. The little automatic pancake maker was something I haven't seen before and the pancakes were good. Other than the apple juice dispenser being filled with cranberry juice and something gross on the side of the bathroom trash can that must have been missed by housekeeping, our stay was great.

Shuttle goes to the falls so be sure and take advantage of that too. The hotel rooms are decent size! Parking is limited, but the accommodations are very good. There is sadly no water fountains, but all the water from sinks and other water outlets are filtered and safe to drink. (Lead concentration of .002, which is really safe) and outlets for power are at an abundance. There are also no Snack bars, or stuff like that, but they do have 24/7 hot water, tea, and coffee. They also have dryers and washers. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows are way too soft with too much give, which makes them go right down to the mattress. Breakfast consists of white bread, which you can toast, Bagels, which you can toast, and muffins. They also have waffles which you make fresh and syrup/butter are options. They also include milks, cereals, and yogurt. Breakfast (when I was there) started 7:30 and ended 9:30, which was a lot later than other hotels. Front desk is extremely nice and will try to accommodate you to their best ability. If Kim is there, say hi to her for me! (My name is Allen) The check in is super fast and checkout just lets you slide the keys under the glass. (You pay when you check in) TV coverage is amazing and everything was really clean and kept well! It is also not too far from Niagara Falls, just like a 10 minute drive there (When traffic is at moderation)!

SShanOBGreat place with comfortable beds and a shuttle to the ******. Would definitely stay here again. Nice pool as well. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Including the Wagon Wheel with friendly people, good cheap food and beer. They give you passes to ride the shuttle bus which will take you to Niagara Falls and other places such as the ******. The passes are good for one full day. Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

GGuest UserLocation: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe.
Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !!
Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself.

Called ”Aarya Hotel”, this is a worn, tired motel right on Niagara Falls Blvd. We stayed here years ago and were pleased with our stay (wrote a positive review in 2016). This time, it was a massive disappointment. The good things about the motel: Air conditioning worked, staff were pleasant, bed was okay, ice machine worked. The bad things: 1. No towels at all in the room at check-in. Only a tiny bit of toilet paper, no spare roll, no ice bucket, broken luggage rack. When we asked at the desk, we were given two bathtowels and a floor mat - no hand towel, no face cloth. We were staying for two nights - toss us a handtowel, please. 2. The room also had a single hook in the bathroom - no dresser, no closet, no hooks anywhere else. When we arrived, there was an ironing board set up next to the sink - that was the only place you could hang your coat or stack your stuff. 3. No chair. 4. TV didn't work. We were asked to wait for a technician. Later in the evening, we were told the tech was unavailable and to be fair, we were then offered a different room. At that point, we just decided to go out to a movie - hanging in the room was pretty depressing. 5. Carpet and floor were dirty. Not visibly dirty since the flooring is a dark colour, but I walked from the bed to the bathroom. When I took off my socks, they were filthy on the bottom. 6. Bathroom was not great - mould on the shower curtain, hole in the floor and the shower leaked all over the room. Needs some basic maintenance. 7. The 'breakfast' was horrible. No fruit, no yoghurt, no pastries or bagels. They used to have a wafflemaker, but that's long gone. There is a juice machine that shows Apple or Orange juice, however, 3 of the 4 buttons just sprayed water. If you guessed correctly, one button dispensed watery orange juice. They had white bread or grocery store mini muffins. There was also cereal in a dodgy-looking plastic dispenser, but no milk. Coffee and tea were available, but we didn't bother. 8. Pool was okay - I've seen worse. Wasn't heated, needed a skim and a vacuum, but not horrible. 9. Junk stored by the pool and the office - had quite a collection of Target/Tops shopping carts. Not sure why, but not a great look. And if the management was okay with stealing shopping carts, how safe was the stuff in our room? 10. Office was locked at all times, which meant that it was a hassle to get a towel, or TP, or an ice bucket. The bell was answered promptly, but it was one more roadblock. Again, not sure why the door was locked during the day. I really wanted to like this place because we try to support local/independent businesses rather than chains all of the time, but our stay was a disappointment. It's like the owners have just given up figuring that people will have to stay there during peak tourist season.
