Property is closed, accepted my reservation and charged my credit card. I am still trying to get my money back. No answer from the property, Contacted several times without any answer. Charged my credit card and accepted my reservation even knowing the property is closed. Fraud.

Very dated, curtain hung over the AC, had to use a chip clip on the curtains to run the AC. It was clean. There was no towel rod, no toilet paper holder, no ice, did have a refrigerator, the price was the best around. The electrical was poor with plugs that were sharing the AC, tv, and tv box on a power *****. It was loose and sparked when you plugged in

THEFT! My husband and I checked into our room. We left some of our belongings and decided to run over to the canada side of Niagara Falls. While there we decided to stay 1 night. The next day we came back to this hotel to retrieve our belongings and it was all gone and looked like someone stayed the night. The bed was now unmade and trash on the tables. Of course I let the owner know immediately. They have a ring camera, but it only shows real time, so there was no way to see who entered the room. There are people who Also live there who sat outside both times we were there. All we could get from the owner was a sorry that never happened ed before (which I call BS on). Asked for a refund for the VERY LEAST. Didn't get one. Idk if the owners are in on it, but he sure didn't seem upset like I would be if I owned the business and had a break in or employees stealing, so makes me wonder. If you do stay, take all of your belongings everytime you leave!

Don't turn your lights off...went to bathroom in the middle of the night twice and as soon as I turned on the light they scattered...I managed to kill 3 of them...ewwwwww...also asled for extra towels and got a face cloth...ughhhhh NEVER AGAIN!!!

I insured this holiday and could not be there. Result - the money was not returned to me and what good can I say about this hotel????
