Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls

Great location surrounded by restaurants shops and easy access to Niagra falls on US side.

Everything was broken, especially the iron and the bathroom, we had to wake up everyone so we could go middle of the night to find and use the bathroom, then the beds were really uncomfortable, there were so many mosquitoes that got us infected , then the middle doors in between the rooms were stuck so my daughter tried to open lithe door then it opens but it broke my daughters foot finger nail. Was so bad, never recommend someone to come here.

If I could leave negative stars, it would be more appropriate. These photos aren't of this hotel. Dirty, loud, creepy, stinks, doors dont close.... Checkout is 11am, at 9:20am some lady came banging on our window. We were sound asleep! When we answered it, in her best English, she said "oh sorry" then proceeded to stand at our window till we left. Sheets are dirty. Carpet Filthy. The bathroom door doesn't come close to shutting. The front door had a 1" gap under it. It was 96° (all week), and they controlled the AC from the office. So much furniture in the room was a fire hazard. I kid you not, the toilet paper dispenser was at least 5' from the toilet. (I had to stand up to get TP!) When you arrive, they have you call a phone number on the door, and then they don't answer. Ice machine was broken, which was not ideal in the 90° heat! Pool had a tarp over it. Public uses the dumpswhich is centrally located near the rooms. Couple homeless people dumpster diving while we were there. This room isn't worth $20 a night. The only positive I have is that it's within about 15 from the falls. I'd sleep in my car before I'd stay here again. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this place.

I like the locations close to Niagara falls, the property needs to be clean and more towels specially you travelled with family we need more towels, and there is no room service we had to walked to the office caled lobby to ask more towels, the lobby or office was seperated from the building

Niagara fall Travel lodge Staff was very helpful no problems getting extra towels. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Multiple channels available on tv and had a refrigerator . Now for the down side : don’t forget your slippers - carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced . If that was a fan in the bath it didn’t work . Would not stay here again at current conditions

I was in town for a wedding. Places in Niagra in August are pretty expensive. If you are looking for a luxury 5-star hotel on budge prices this is not the place for you. The hotel is an older hotel but is clean and refreshed. I originally booked a 2-queen bed suite as it was less expensive however when I got to the hotel, they upgraded my room at no charge to a king bed as they saw I brought a bike and was working remotely for my time at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the Niagra outlets and not far from the US side of the falls. The room I stayed in offered a Fridge and hotel style coffee maker. For the price I paid it was a great value and I would stay again if in the area and needed a place for a couple nights. The folks who run the hotel were very nice and I never had any issues getting in touch with them by going to the office. No issues while I stayed there, I checked out early and when I rang the bell at 5am in the morning someone came to the desk and assisted me with checking out.
