The property manager/owner "Mike" is extremely rude and verbally aggressive. He called me, I did not call him. I had several concerns regarding front desk staff and the reservation process. Mike looked up my number on my reservation and took liberty to call me and he was very aggressive. When I asked to make a complaint regarding this, he informed me that he was the owner and I was not able to file a complaint against him. Best Western needs to be aware of this situation. Customer Relations has been contacted. I have stayed at this property in the past and I am totally appalled by this treatment.

The best part of our stay was the staff at the hotel especially Lisa, she was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. We also enjoyed being so close to Niagara Falls and all the fun activities! We also enjoyed a small Italian restaurant close to the hotel. Unfortunately, the quality of our room wasn’t the best. We noticed a lot of moisture in the room, there was no fan in the bathroom to allow the room to vent out the moisture and smell. The room smelled very musty. The carpet always felt sticky, the walls had stains, the refrigerator didn’t work the best, and an annoying part of the bathroom sink is that the faucet was so short that water ended up all over the counter top constantly and we had to wipe it off for it not to soak up our travel items, toothbrushes etc. It was gross! Lastly, never book with a third party as we got charged double for our room for two nights and we booked months ago. We also found out a local 4 star hotel offered more amenities closer to the falls for a much lower price. We feel as though we were a part of a huge scam. We also talked to the front desk several times and no one could help us, or wanted to. If you take any advice from this review- look elsewhere!
