Avari is amazing! The room and bed are both big and super clean. The staff are very friendly and nice. The receptionist at night is very accommodating. The toilet is big and clean and toiletries are provided as well. Hotel location is good in terms of food and it is beside a souvenir mart where most tourist buses would stop. It is also a short distance walk to the beach which is a good option since hotel prices in front of the beqch is higher. Avari price is totally worth the money considering their facilities and you can extend in the room until 6pm for 300k only and even leave your luggage

Choose a room with a little view. The price is very good. The room is clean and the bathroom is clean. My travel companion forgot his passport on the bus. The staff helped him find it. The staff named Truc Truc at the reception provided good service and was very cute. The accommodation is right on the sea. Just cross the road and you will arrive.

The staff was very nice and let me check in early because I was really tired that time. Although I wasn’t able to have the king sized bed as requested online, they combined the two twin beds so it was fine. It’s cozy, clean and I was able to sleep really well for 2 nights. The shower was warm. But when the AC became too cold in the middle of the night, I always had to get up to turn it off from the side of the door. It was a hassle for me. Also, the curtain was broken so I couldn’t really close it. But I’m satisfied so far.

I have just stayed one night in this hotel because they were fully booked when I tried to book here for my first 2 nights in Nha Trang. So far, the staff were accommodating. The hotel is located beachfront and I booked the one with city view. I was surprised that I could see the beach partially. It’s 3 in one view for me - city, sea and the mountains. The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was good - mostly local food and a few Western dishes. The view in the swimming pool was astonishing although the pool is small. I wish to have more days there.

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel from 03.08 to 06.08.24. We were very disappointed with the hotel. Firstly, I never understood people who were unhappy with the breakfast at the hotel. So I found myself in this situation. Apart from eggs (which were overcooked), there was nothing to eat. We were very shocked when we saw boiled instant noodles for breakfast. The beach across the road from the hotel is dirtier than in the center (near Lotus). There is a port nearby, so there is more garbage. To the right of the hotel for the next 1.5 km there is nothing - only the port fence. To the left - to some kind of life, you need to walk along the park for 500 meters. The price for the hotel is very high. When we left the hotel, we were not even allowed to wait for a taxi inside the hotel, they put us out in the sun. I do not recommend this hotel.

Delicious - nutritious - cheap . My family rented 2 rooms at the price of 1 room including breakfast. New room, enthusiastic nvien, breakfast ok, swimming pool ok. A bit far from the sea (but still walking to the sea). A bit far from the night market, you have to call a car.

The hotel is not hospitality, the staff are not polite and rude, very with no hunt after we came to them 3 times settled at 14:30! Such a bad service I have not met anywhere!
