I stayed in this hotel for 4 days. First in a superior room, and then in a room without a window.
The room area is smaller than advertised. Wi-Fi almost doesn't work.
The receptionist couldn't help me figure out the safe combination lock. She wrote through a translator that she didn't know how to do it. She gave me a key to the safe, which I had to carry with me, which is inconvenient.
The rooms are clean, the linen is white, clean

A good hotel for its price, light, spacious, from the balcony to the sea, a couple minutes across the road. Towels change every day, 2 bottles of water fill every day. In the room all you need is eaten, fan, teapot, liquid soap, toothbrushes, pasta. The air conditioner works, in the room is relatively quiet.
On the ceiling hang coconuts of moles, do not clean.

Really nice to stay, the hostel is clean, good service, have a bar, the host is really helpful to give advice for the places to visit, arrange trip, book bus, train and transport, you can rent the motorcycle there.

The hotel is far from the city center by the sea. There are not only Chinese restaurants, but other restaurants can basically Chinese. You can also pay by WeChat. Most people staying in the hotel do not feel like they are abroad. I ordered a copy for three people, but the bath towels are for two people. Overall, the price/performance ratio is not low.

For the money, the hotel is simply wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything in excellent condition. It is obvious that the renovation was done recently. However, there are problems with cleaning. It turned out that you have to ask for it, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. But our requests were not always understood correctly. The employees and owners of the hotel do not speak English, but they try very hard to understand everything with the help of a translator and help. There was a problem with the refrigerator in our room, they replaced it right away.
The owners of the hotel are very nice people who helped us with everything and were very concerned about our vacation. They always asked how we were doing and gave some advice.
I recommend visiting this place. Perhaps we will come back here again if we plan a budget vacation again.

A lovely little guest house, perfect location, 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to supermarkets, lots of coffee shops and cafes around.
I stayed in a studio and a small room, both options were good. The rooms are bright and clean. Cleaning, fresh towels, water every day. The staff is polite, they upgraded my room category for me.
I liked everything very much.
