Hotels in Nha Trang City Center, Nha Trang

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following: 1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views 2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea 3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed 4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade 5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation

The hotel facilities and proximity to the beach were amazing. Breakfast delicious and rooms spacious and inviting for families with children. As written in other reviews, the hotel only provided 9 beach umbrellas with seats and they were mostly taken by other guests, meaning that we often had to pay for other seats despite being Havana guests. We wouldn't stay here again for one big reason of noise. The paradise club opposite Havana totally ruins this hotel. It has live singing until past midnight, and the club itself doesn't close until 2.30am. The pool looked fantastic in the photos but in reality it was windy on the 5th floor and the water was cold. We found the beach water so much warmer.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The pool is great and the breakfast range was fantastic. The room was spacious with a balcony. I found the bed comfortable and the staff friendly. You have to pay a deposit at the hotel and the room just has one keycard, cannot have two and no options to pay extra for another one.

I had an amazing experience staying at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang. My room had a stunning panoramic sea view, absolutely breathtaking to wake up to each morning! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. Check-in and check-out were fast and seamless, with friendly and professional staff who made the whole process effortless.

Our family stayed here with our 1 1/2 year old son. We were able to get a crib for him. The location is excellent, just a stones throw away from the beach. The playroom was great for our son. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again. Sunrise views from the ocean front balcony were amazing.

The hotel is new, but it is obvious that they do not take care of it very well: there are rusty trash cans in the bathroom - not critical, more for the owners' information. Otherwise, the hotel is great, the room is spacious. We took a room with a sea view - the view is good, if you do not look too much down (there is a small construction site there). Breakfasts are standard for Vietnam, but towards the end of the main courses there are no more. It is about 5 minutes to the sea. For the money - a great option!

The room size and layout were excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic, convenient for dining and shopping, and the area is quite lively. Breakfast offered good variety, with the menu changing daily. Now, for a few minor downsides, just for your reference. Having visited Nha Trang three times before, all my previous hotels provided complimentary beach chairs and towels on the beach. This hotel, however, does not offer free beach chairs; they charge 300,000 VND per chair per use. This is an expense that could be avoided when staying at comparable hotels in the same price range. Secondly, most hotels in Nha Trang (excluding those on Vinpearl Island) typically require a passport or a 300 RMB cash deposit at the front desk, which is then refunded after room inspection at check-out. While check-out at other hotels has always been smooth, this hotel attempted to deduct from my deposit, claiming three spoons were missing during the room inspection. As someone with a strong aversion to using hotel items (I bring my own sheets, pillowcases, tooth mugs, toothbrushes, etc.), I certainly wouldn't use hotel spoons. Furthermore, although the hotel didn't provide an inventory list, I distinctly remember not seeing any spoons when I checked in. They were never present or used during my four-night stay. After a lengthy discussion with the front desk, I eventually got my full deposit back. It's not about being unable to pay a fine, but being unfairly accused of stealing left a very sour taste. Importantly, cutlery is available at breakfast. In such hot weather, I wouldn't even drink hot coffee, so a coffee spoon would be completely useless to me. Who would take it? And how can they be sure housekeeping didn't simply forget to place them in the room? Staying in a suite for four nights, do they really think I can't afford a spoon? I can't help but wonder if this incident was a result of certain individual staff members' actions.

We stayed in late August, and the hotel had only been open for about two weeks. We chose it because it was brand new and located on our favorite street, which offers everything from smoothie shops to 24-hour convenience stores, and it's also very close to the sea. Our room was absolutely fantastic – clean and bright. We opted for a room without a balcony but still enjoyed a lovely view of both the sea (you could even spot Vinpearl Island) and the city. The food was a delight; we had the chance to experience both their buffet and set menus. All amenities were provided in the shower, which was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't sure if I needed to pack my own shampoo, conditioner, etc. – they had everything! 👌🏽 Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire hotel property. Beach towels could be exchanged multiple times a day; we even took some in the evening to relax on the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help or offer advice. Overall, we were initially concerned that being a new hotel there might be some teething problems, but we were absolutely delighted and will definitely return many times over. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! 🫶🏽

This is a very good choice of hotel for Nha Trang. The location is right in the middle of everything, and just across from the beach. We had an ocean view room, and the view was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Man in the restaurant. The cleaning staff were great - thanks you Ms Tu for keeping our room clean. The gym was pretty good as well.

The hotel locates nearby the walking street at the heart of Nha Trang. The room is spacious with balcony. The bathroom is unfortunately stinky. Amenities including shower cap, cotton buds, comb, toothbrush with toothpaste are fulfilled everyday. The buffet breakfast is good. Variety choices of food and drinks are provided. The only drawback is about the drinking water in the fridge and the fridge did not work properly. They did not tell that two bottles of water there, were not complimentary and would be charged when check out for 15k VND each.
