There was a strong musty smell for two days. The indoor environment is average, mainly for being able to directly see the seaside, and the view outside the balcony is good; There is an infinity pool on the 40th floor. I went there to take pictures at night. I wanted to go there during the day, but I checked out of the day trip. When I went up to the pool again, I was not allowed to enter. I had to have a room card... Even taking pictures at the swimming pool door was not allowed... I stayed for two days...

This is the hotel where I stayed the longest in this trip to Vietnam. The hygiene is very good and the environment is very nice. We booked a sea view room. Due to the room type, we can only see part of the sea view because it is blocked by the building next to it. It is a pity that the breakfast has nothing to do with the breakfast of the InterContinental Hotel. The guests who stay in the hotel have breakfast in a restaurant downstairs. It is a fixed set meal with only one rice noodle and a drink. If you book a room with breakfast, the cost performance is too low. There are many delicious places to go around. Finally, let me talk about the service, which is the best aspect here. Mr. Hao and Ms. Tam, who received me, and other people are also very good. Every time there is something, they are very patient and enthusiastic to help solve it, which makes us feel very warm.

We chose the hotel ourselves, we didn't make a mistake in our choice, it's cozy, clean, the staff is very friendly, despite the fact that they don't even understand English well, there were no problems))) We took breakfasts, the restaurant is small, but there is always food, and varied, you can have both a hearty breakfast and a dietary one. Once we paid for dinner, a very tasty hamburger))) The location to the sea and generally to shops and massage parlors is excellent, everything is nearby)) The cleaning of the rooms is excellent, the bed was made every day, the bed linen was changed, the towels were changed daily, in general, the cleanliness and order in the room was 100%. I definitely recommend the hotel!!!

I have a large spotless room with balcony ,with very comfortable bed and had breathtaking views of the beach.The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I loved the delicious breakfast buffet. A special thanks restaurant manager Nhat Linh,who demonstrate especiall leadership and professionalism The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, beach beds provided , excellent gym with modern equipment,I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem as the one of the best place to stay in Nha Trang!

Everything was nice except for two factors: a cleaner didn’t come for several days, so we had to come to front desk and ask for toilet paper, which is really embarrassing for 4-star hotel, even when a cleaner came it wasn’t tidy; the breakfast consists of a lot of dishes, but the majority are tasteless and mostly are same every day, but the fruit bar is awesome. All staff was very friendly, helpful and caring for whole our stay. You can get a free beach towel and in umbrella, which is very useful. Extra thanks to security, who helped us with out bike and parking several times, they were extremely kind. All in all I can recommend it for a stay, especially if you need a beach vacation. Central beach is nearby, it has inexpensive sunbeads

Nice hotel, located next to beach which you can use free sunbeds. Also, it has a good swimming pool. Breakfast also good enough and wide space room.

Greatly satisfied at Annova Hotel, decided to extend our stay for another 4 days after our initial 5 days. Pros: -Prime location -View of our room -New building, so everything seems clean and neat -Service is great -AC works perfectly -Smart TV with access to YouTube -Bathtub with ocean view -Comfy bed -Pool, sauna & gym Cons: -Lots of Chinese tour group travellers, it gets busy/noisy during the breakfast. Hence, the food is primarily focused on those target group

Best location. Just a stone throw away from the beach which is very clean and the breeze was heavenly. Seen many locals (young n old), foreigners enjoying themselves at the beach. Lots of white canopy and reclining chairs available too. Many restaurants (seafood + local) are just a cross the street. Getting a Grab service is so easy and economical. Drivers are friendly although lack of english knowledge but a smile is always ready. Hotel itself is top notch all are 4 stars+ EXCEPT the bed need some improvement as its bed support are noisy ( 2 single beds). Otherwise it's five star. Highly recommended.

The staff at the Intercontinental are friendly, Kind and so helpful and all the staff we encountered during our week long stay deserve a 5* rating! Special mention goes to MI our waitress at breakfast every morning for being so lovely and caring and looking after our needs. 🙏💕🤗 Am being honest with my feedback in saying that the rooms could definitely use a revamp as they feel quite dated and not up to 5 star standard we would expect from the Intercontinental brand. Message to Management, please install a professional coffee machine in the breakfast room as the coffee we were provided with on the first morning of our stay was just awful! 😢

We stayed four nights at this place The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options) The view at the 24th floor is just amazing The room is confortable and quite large The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road) It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁
