Overall, decent. The rooms were soundproof and quiet, and the elevators were fast, which met our basic needs. However, a minor disappointment was the lack of personal bidet sprays in the rooms; this felt a bit inadequate given the high population density of the area. On the positive side, other nearby amenities were affordable and convenient.

It was pretty good, overlooking the sea. The service was also excellent, and breakfast was plentiful. However, I wouldn't recommend going for a sea-view room. It gets very noisy, with loud music and parties starting on the beach as early as 5-6 AM. By the way, the young man at the small jewelry shop next to the hotel was very honest; he exchanged money at a rate of 3600. Their jewelry is also quite nice – you could easily spend a small fortune there!

Very nice and new hotel, the price was very affordable. Everything was clean. It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also there’s a cheap laundry on the corner. - The breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag. - They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free. - Wi-Fi is fast - the pool on the last floor is good and clean There was YouTube and smart tv. About some issues: - It’s quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs. - They don’t provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; it’s very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday that’s a must have - there’s lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves - in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but it’s impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony) But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho it’s better than the center).

This hotel service is a real poo! Hotel didn’t attend about paying for early check in (200.000vnd) they were saying “yes it can be at that time” I said “okay sure I can wait”, so it wasn’t check in at that time I really came , I was waiting for 2hours. When he said “u can go to ur room! But it’s 200k vnd for early check in!” I was surprised cuz why u can’t tell me before, when I asked u?! Receptionists weren’t helpful! Next one: they charge for water! ******* water! Water that includes in the room, I didn’t ask additional water, I used bottles in room. They charged me to pay for water?! Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, it’s recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, it’s so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and don’t bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise “cleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times “thank u , not now, I don’t need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb “, why do they do this I can’t understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didn’t use for living?! *** ?! What’s wrong with this hotel and those people which works in this hotel? I dunno!,

Меня смутил запах плесени и влажности из кондеев. Кондиционер находится в потолке, что кстати удобно и приятно. Кухня чуть-чуть была грязновата, но нам номер нужен был всего на 4 дня. Бассейн маленький на 36 этаже есть, и на том спасибо. Предупреждаю всех заранее - в зависимости от части, где вас поселят - то вы и будете слушать. Вокруг отеля находятся школа, футбольные поля для тренировок, дорога, церковь, а также площадь, где по утрам проводят зарядки с колонками. Шум, возможно, может начинаться с 4:30 утра. Но это Вьетнам - вам тут к этому придется привыкнуть

My review of the Elite Hotel, Nha Trang ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) The Elite Hotel gave us an unforgettable experience of a holiday in Vietnam! If you are looking for comfort, views ”worth a million” and an atmosphere of calm - this is your option. I will tell you in more detail what I liked and what could have been better. What impressed: 1. The views from the window and balcony - mountains, like on a postcard, and the sea shimmering between the high-rise buildings. Every morning began with admiring the scenery. 2. The room is compact, but very thoughtful: a soft bed, a large TV, a desk by the window. Full-length mirrors are a small thing, but nice! 3. The pool on the 19th floor is a must visit! We swam together in almost complete silence, and the view of the city and the sea was mesmerizing. Sun loungers in the shade are ideal for those who don't like the heat. 4. Breakfasts are varied, filling, with a local flavor. I especially praise the omelettes - they were cooked in front of us, quickly and with a smile. What could be improved: - We had to open the safe with a key from the reception - it's inconvenient to carry it around. - There weren't enough shelves for shampoo and gel in the shower - we put everything on the floor. - The water in the pool looked cloudy, and the lack of a chlorine smell was a bit alarming. Location: For the first couple of hours we wandered around looking for an exchange office and a cafe, but later we found cool places with pho-bo and seafood. The embankment is 5 minutes away, but you can't swim there (rocks). The sandy beach is a 10-minute walk away. Summary: Elite Hotel is not a luxury hotel with perfect service, but a warm place where you feel at home. Yes, there are minor flaws, but they pale in comparison to the views from the window, comfort and that very Vietnamese hospitality. Advice: - Don't miss the sunset by the pool on the 19th floor - it's worth going up for! We returned with the thought: ”I want to come here again!” - and this is the best recommendation. Location is great - right on the beach. Hotel is nothing more than a bed, with a small living room area outside the door, which is kind of interesting, actually. Never seen that. Keep in mind this is a huge building, and I think there is a separate hotel on every floor, and there's about forty floors. This one is on the eighth. Had a big yellow stain on one side of the bed. Needless to say, I slept on the other side. Receptionist was very nice. Service was solid.

The beach is right outside the hotel, the location is great There is a coffee shop downstairs, the food is good, and you can also use it for work. The room is clean. I live on the fourth floor. I can see the sunrise when I look out the window in the morning. The hotel staff are very friendly Some small suggestions: I suggest that the hotel put up a ”Do Not Disturb” sign. Sometimes when the staff clean the room, there is poor communication and they keep knocking on the door. I said in English that they don't need to clean, but they don't understand. I don't know why the WiFi on the 4th floor is often unavailable. I occasionally have to use data for work. Also, when I was staying there, there seemed to be a lot of construction going on in the hotel and the surrounding area, which was a bit noisy. I wonder if this happens all the time. In general, it is a very good hotel, cheap, and located by the sea. Although there are some minor flaws, I highly recommend it~

A good hotel with clean modern rooms and convenient underground parking. Nearby is the Okeanus complex, where mostly Russian speakers live. Nearby, in trailers and cafes, they sell inexpensive Russian cuisine. The only downside is the lack of balconies in the rooms. And it's hard to call this a downside. Breakfasts are not bad, but there is not enough variety, perhaps this was due to the fact that the hotel was sparsely populated, literally 25 percent, apparently that's why they didn't bother with breakfasts.
