The staff were not very friendly. You should feel welcomed when you stay at a luxury hotel, but the staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly, but the staff at the reception were not so friendly, so my first impression was not very good. And it felt that way even more when compared to Amiana. There were some dusty and dirty parts inside the room, but I just ignored them because I only stayed for one night, but it was disappointing. The bathroom and the interior of the room were a bit worn out, perhaps because of the passage of time. I’m not sure if the amenities are good because they are their own products. And it’s farther than I thought to walk to the places you’ll visit often when you go to Nha Trang! It feels that way even more when it’s hot! Other than being close to Lotte Mart, there are no other advantages, so I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

We lived in May 2025 in a penthouse, because we upgraded from a regular room. The hotel is located simply gorgeous. The view from the rooms is impressive everywhere. Beds, linen, cosmetics, breakfasts, club lounge, I liked everything. The pool is made as it should be, with a view of the sea. In general, I recommend it, if they do the renovation, the price will be cosmic and will be worth it.

더블부킹으로 결국 추가요금을내고 제일 좋은 룸으로 묵게되었다.
그냥은 고작 200.000vnd 차이인 룸으로 교체여서 차액금 결제 후 제일 좋은 룸으로 갔다.
