Отдыхали в этом отеле 5 дней. Первое впечатление - персонал абсолютно неприветливый. Приехали в отель в 6:00 утра, запросили возможность платного раннего заселения, нам отказали, пришлось ждать до 14:00. В 13:30 подошли на стойку ресепшн, нам сказали что номер еще не готов 🙈 в 14:00 в отель завезли огромную китайскую группу и наше заселение сдвинули на 15:00! Когда мы подходили к девочкам на ресепшене с просьбой выдать ключ карту от номера, они нас просто игнорировали.
Отель совершенно не соответствует 4*. Номера уставшие, в общих зонах требуется хорошая уборка и реставрация.
Завтраки неплохие, голодными не останетесь.
Но боксы для раннего завтрака - просто ужасны! Положили 1 бутерброд с яйцом и сыром, бутылку воды. Так что если вам нужен будет завтрак для ранней экскурсии - лучше купить себе заранее.
В целом, отель нормальный, но повторно сюда не вернусь. В этом же районе за такие же деньги можно найти отель достойнее, например PANAMA через дорогу.

We enjoyed the family suite as nice and spacious….breakfast was ok but gets a bit boring if staying there for a long time, my kids were disappointed with no orange or apple juice and no pancakes but good egg selection. Could never get a towel at the pool but gym had everything I needed. Great location as close to beach and a variety of restaurants close by.
