Pros:
The location is very good.
The rooms are decent (we had a balcony), they clean every day.
The pool is large and deep, and there is a children's pool with good depth, not a puddle.
The building has a store, two excellent coffee shops, a bakery, a good spa, an Adidas store.
Cons:
The breakfasts are very simple, but there is always soup.
The view of the sea is blocked by an unfinished building.
And now the main minus for those who like to sleep in silence - some wretched freaks opened pickleball courts nearby, they open at 5 am, no less wretched freaks come there and start not only to kick the ball (which is very audible with the windows closed and the air conditioner on), but also to scream with joy. Wake-up calls between 5 and 5:30 are simply guaranteed. This applies to rooms with windows and balconies facing the courtyard, I don't know how it is to sleep with windows facing the street.

The hotel is in the very center of the city, on the 2nd line. The building is not high-rise, the interior is in the Greek style, beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable. They give beach towels. Breakfast is the same every day, but you can choose your own option. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee are put in every day. The staff is responsive.
Before booking, you should consider several things -
1. I booked a room marked as "Sea view". In fact, this hotel does not have and cannot have a sea view due to the unfinished building that blocks it.
2. Slippers are only reusable rubber, no bathrobes. Bring your own. There is also no air conditioning, only shampoo and shower gel, soap.
3. Breakfast is early - from 6 to 9 am. If you like to sleep in the morning, it is better not to take breakfast.
4. Cleaning with a change of linen and towels - on request, you need to hang a sign. Otherwise, they only come to replenish their coffee-tea-water supplies and take away the trash.
There is a swimming pool, we didn't use it. The hotel is good, comfortable, we liked it.

I arrived late at night and visited for a few hours of lodging, but unlike the name of the hotel, the door was locked, so I had to wait to check in. The room size seemed appropriate, but the cleaning was poor, especially the toilet was dirty, which was unpleasant. The towels were also not very good. I think they need to pay more attention to cleanliness.
