Boss Hotel

We arrived at the hotel at 12, the man at the reception told us to wait until two, then they would accommodate us, we came at 14:00, we were told that the room had not been cleaned yet, in the end they gave us the key half an hour later, we went up to the room, it was cleaned in front of us in a hurry. The room is very dirty, the floors are not washed, the surfaces are not wiped, the walls are smeared with everything possible (I will not describe), we went down to the reception and asked to at least wash the floors, they said that they would fix it. When we returned to the room, nothing had changed. The drain in the bathroom is inconveniently located, behind the stall, near the toilet, it was clogged, we had to clean it ourselves. The breakfast is meager, 6 trays with food, two of which were pasta, rice. Of the fruits, there was watermelon, pitaya, bananas. Once we almost caught a mango, they brought it out at the beginning of breakfast, in a few minutes everything was taken apart, they did not replenish it anymore. The mattresses by the pool are in a deplorable state. The advantages include the close location to the sea, supermarkets, delicious pancakes with condensed milk. We have been to different hotels in Vietnam, including Nha Trang, this one is worth avoiding.
