Цена-качество, вариант отличный . Ресторан на 28 этаже обязателен к посещению, виды классные , блюда на 4. С полотенцами, прошлый век, выдают под роспись, обратно также , напрягало. Лежаки на пляже всегда находились.
На ресепшен есть Дима, он говорит по русски и решает вопросы .

千萬、千萬不要和酒店協商，態度冷漠，不友善，我連續定了兩個晚上，第二天不想住了，入住前就
與酒店協商，答覆是可以取消，但費用分文不退！在芽莊也住了其他酒店，完全沒有這種情況，房間衞生尚可，但設施陳舊，床墊凹凸不平，被褥不乾淨，睡覺時感覺渾身瘙癢，早餐不錯，比較豐富。

The hotel rooms are stylish, smell nice, shower gels and accessories are of high quality.
I didn't really like the breakfasts, everything was standard, there weren't enough pancakes/fritters, porridge for example.
The hotel is on the first line, but you go out onto a narrow, busy street, which is unpleasant to walk along from and to the hotel because of the crowds and bustle. There is no pedestrian crossing to the sea near the hotel.

В целом всё хорошо. Напрягало только постоянное отсутствие свободных шезлонгов на пляже. Так же не поняли ситуацию, когда в 16.00 часоа на пляже европейцев прогоняли от лежаков, а местным вьетнам цам разрешали ими пользоваться.

The Queen Ann Hotel is simply a wonderful place to relax!
The room is bright and spacious, cozy and stylish, and the breakfast... buffet, a large selection, everything is very tasty! There are as many as 4 restaurants and 2 swimming pools - 1 for adults, the other for children. I liked that the staff is so attentive to the guests, as a gift they upgraded our room category. And the view from the window is great - overlooking the sea.
I will definitely come back here again!
