For the lowest price, but we booked a superior room). The rooms were dirty/sometimes smelled like sewage/remnants of other people's things in each room, there was no kitchen (and this was our main criterion for booking a superior room at a higher price)/stains on the walls and on the sofa, dirty slippers were in every room, sometimes ants were crawling, the door to the toilet did not close... . To be honest, we were already tired of looking at the “new rooms” that were offered to us instead of the room that we had booked. We spent an HOUR on this after an already difficult journey!! I looked at rooms 302, 502, 501 and 401. We settled on room 401 (but this is still not what we booked!)... I simply didn’t have the strength anymore. Photos of the rooms do not correspond to reality, but they are similar. Either a lot of time has passed since the renovation, or we were offered the wrong rooms. In general, this situation was extremely unpleasant for us. Every interaction with the girl at the reception took place with some kind of dissatisfaction on her part. We needed to stay for another day before moving to another place and we again turned to this manager (the same girl, since there were no other employees that day), with the opportunity to extend our room for another day for those the same money that we booked through Booking (235,000 VND per night with a discount due to the high Genius level). We were offered to pay 350,000 VND per night or book through Booking ourselves.
