Diamond Bay Hotel

Минусы: Отель довольно таки старый. В отеле 3 старых, медленных лифта. Утром в обед и вечером это какой то трэш, приходилось ждать по 5-7 минут. На 4 этаже общественный тренажерный зал. Местные приезжают на парковку -1 этажа и поднимаются на 4-й. Для постояльцев отеля это очень неудобно.  Еда скромная, народу много, конечно голодным не останешься но всё безвкусное.  Чай только из чайника, чайных пакетиков на выбор нет, кофе тоже из чайника, нет кофе машины.  Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать, жалюзей для регулировки нет.  Шумоизоляция средняя.  Лежаки на пляже: бесплатных только 4 зонта по 2 лежака и то, стафф их продает за деньги. Кто не успел тот покупает платные.  Море грязное! Плюсы: Постельное белье и полотенца меняют ежедневно,   Уборка проходит быстро. Туалетные принадлежности пополняются.  Персонал приветливый.  Бюджетная стоимость.

Based on reviews on this site, I booked 2 royal premier rooms with a sea view! We got rooms on the 6th floor. When I opened the doors and looked at the room, I was very upset! Firstly, instead of a sea view, there was a view of the wall of the neighboring building, secondly, the room was quite shabby, the carpet was in smoke stains, the curtains were dirty, the balcony cannot be kept open because in the upper building the air conditioners next to the balcony are noisy and there is a swimming pool below. The second room is at the other end of the corridor, instead of a balcony, part of the roof is blocked by parapets for four or five rooms and also large air conditioners from the neighboring building. I cried all day. I went to the lobby and started to sort it out, they said that they could give me a room 2 classes lower, but on a high floor. I wanted to change the hotel, but the reservation was non-refundable, and the hotel refused to confirm the forced return. I would not wish such an "adventure" on anyone! I had to take a lower class room on the 17th floor, to the north, and here they are normal, not chic, but not like the ones they sold for more and of worse quality. Hence the moral: ask for a room on a high floor! By the way, the photo on the website is a royal premier room - the view from the window is covered with curtains and precisely because there is no sea view! Of course, the hotel did not return the difference, since this is not their policy (
