The view was amazing, and I liked the location of the hotel, however, there is quite a number of drawbacks connected to the service, I made 5 simple requests during my stay here (make up the room, bring the laundry at 2pm instead of 3pm etc...) and only 2 of them were fulfilled on time, the staff speaks limited English and I didn't find the female receptionist very helpful. Breakfast was basic. I went to see the pool and left it after a minute after seeing it, it was tiny and not clean. The mirror in the bathroom kept turning off every 30 seconds, whoever programmed it doesn't seem to have cared too much about it. It drove me nuts all the time I had to press the ON button again and again. Overall, I'd give this hotel 3.5 out of 5.

The hotel is not welcoming, the staff is not polite and rude, very reluctantly after we approached them 3 times, they checked us in at 14:30! I have never seen such bad service anywhere! You immediately get the impression that you are not welcome. Deluxe room with a partial sea view, of course there is no view but there is no sea, the view is directly on the wall of the neighboring hotel, and a little on the city. The room is not big. Breakfast is brought closer to 7 am they gave noodles like from a bag, the staff does not want to help with anything and answer questions they just walk around with stone faces. Breakfast is very boring cucumbers are not peeled the first time I see this. Guava is the fruit. No meat. No cheese. The windows are not washed very unpleasant! There is no view of either the pool or the restaurant because of the dirty windows. The pool is tiny. And of course there is construction all around and music blares all night, but this is not the hotel's fault. The location is far from the city, we thought it would be quiet, but no. You can rent it for 8 dollars if you close your eyes to the many disadvantages.
