I booked it because of an extra night that came up outside of the plan, the receptionist was friendly and handled it quickly. The room was ok for the price, the location was ok too. Except for one thing, the air conditioner wasn't very cold, I called the staff to check but no one came up.

I don't recommend it for a vacation.
You can stay for a few days, enjoy the view and take a break from the city sounds of karaoke (it happens here too, but much less often).
The view from the room, restaurant and pool is excellent.
There are almost never people in the pool.
We saw cockroaches once at breakfast and twice in the room.
